Choral, artistic, angelic, gratefulness are the words that will come to mind in Lianna’s spinning flow course. In this course, you will learn spinning pole trick combos and special transitions without inversion. Musicality, emotions, smooth transitions and movements when performing the spinning flow will be emphasised. A spinning pole flow with music will be taught every 2 weeks.

As the name suggests, this course is like the field of study for ‘spinning flow’. 

In this course, we go beyond pole tricks learned in typical grade and pole technique courses, you will try out new challenging pole tricks, variations and shapes transiting from aerial invert and leg hangs, etc. We will combine these pole tricks with the music we all love into a series of spinning flow combos and introduce them to you every two weeks.

We aim to expand your pole trick vocabulary and improve your pole techniques, flexibility and strength at the same time.
