
Choreography Classes

Pole Slash
This is Pudding’s signature choreography course. ‘Pole Slash’ is well known for Pudding’s creativity in creating dance routines in a variety of dance styles incorporating techniques from Chinese dance, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, sexy and exotic dance, etc.
2 choreography, each with a unique dance style will be taught by Pudding in one semester.
No matter it is sexy exotic/lyrical or contemporary/rock chic, this is a course in which you can embrace and explore different pole dancing styles while learning and improving your dance techniques and body movement.
Choreography class
8-week course; showcase in week 8.
Prerequisite: Grade I or above; Comfortable with performing Spinning Climb, Sit, Cradle.

Pole X
In Tina’s choreography, ‘X’ stands for sexy, extreme and crossing boundaries. Tina’s signature dance routine course will take you on a trip to explore the ‘X’ territory with sexy dance style on pole dancing heels and spinning pole tricks combos.

8-week course; showcase in week 8.
Prerequisite: Grade II or above; Comfortable with performing Spinning Climb, Basic Invert.

Senxual Flow
This is a dance heels-based pole course that focuses on basic yet sensual pole moves and exotic floorwork. Valerie’s choreography emphasises on fluidity of dance move transitions and detail of movements on static and spinning pole. 2 mini static and spinning dance routines, respectively, will be taught over the course of 8 weeks, tailored to build dance heels techniques and expression of sensual and exotic dance movements.

Prerequisite: Students with prior pole dancing experience.

Static Current
This course provides more experienced students with a static pole experience, combining mini dance routines with static pole tricks and combos with inversion. Shirley’s choreography features medium to fast tempo dance moves filled with energy, akin to a current flowing through her dance routines that brings intensity and excitement to the static pole and dance floor.

Prerequisite: Grade III; Comfortable with performing Aerial Invert, Leg Hang, Crucifix-Handstand Exit, Headstand.

Mixology
At POLELOSOPHY, ‘Mixology’ means the art of the activity or skill of mixing pole tricks and dance styles together.
In this course, you will be treated to a "Mixology" experience, learning 8 mini dance routines hosted by our pole instructors (a.k.a pole mixologists) specialised in different dance styles and pole techniques. Just like good mixes of cocktails, a chance for you to enjoy and explore different dance styles, have fun and dance to the music!
