Intro
Are you fascinated by the mind blowing pole tricks and captivating dance performed by pole dancers? You can’t wait to give pole dancing a try but don’t know where to start?
‘Intro’ is the perfect introductory course for you. In the course of 7 weeks, we will take you through the journey of learning various basic pole tricks such as ‘Climb’, ‘Fairy’ and ‘Cradle’, etc., to get you started. You will also get to understand basic pole dance knowledge such as different pole dance style, spinning vs static pole and some basic dance techniques.
Combining basic pole tricks with easy to learn choreography, you will discover the joy of pole dancing and at the same time, develop your body awareness and improve your fitness level.

Prerequisite: Everyone is welcome! No prior experience needed.

Grade I
Now you’ve completed ’Intro’ and it’s time to level up! Up the level of joy of pole dancing!
Taking the basic pole tricks and dance techniques you’ve learned in ‘Intro’, we will guide you in transiting from the basics to levelled up pole tricks such as ‘Open Leg Cradle’ and ‘Hello Boy’, etc. This course will also turn your world upside down by introducing you to basic inversion, the foundation of more challenging pole tricks.

Prerequisite: Completed ‘Intro’; Comfortable with performing Climb, Fairy, Backward Fairy, Chair, Cradle, Sit.

Grade II
Still remember the mind blowing pole tricks and dance that got you started?
Now it’s time to take your skills to another level!
In this course, more challenging pole tricks such as ‘Aerial Invert’, ‘Leg Hangs’ and ‘Superman’, etc. are introduced. With the higher level of strength and flexibility you developed so far, new techniques of higher difficulties will be introduced to help you in executing these new pole tricks. This course also places more emphasis on dance and floor work techniques/transitions, where you will combine various spinning pole trick combos with choreography to showcase your ability.

Prerequisite: Completed ‘Grade I’; Comfortable with performing Split Grip Climb, Basic Invert, Crucifix, Handstand Straddle and Stag, Open Leg Cradle, Cross Leg Layback.

Grade III
Nothing can stop you! This course is tailored for more experienced students who look for more challenges and fun at a new level of pole dancing.
This is an advanced level course, which requires more strength, flexibility and dance techniques to complete. You will learn pole tricks that are commonly used in professional pole dance performances and competitions, such as 'Butterfly', 'Shoulder Mount', 'Static V', 'Brass Monkey', 'Headstand' and many more. Besides advanced pole tricks, choreography in this course focuses more on dance performance skills, transitions between floor work and pole tricks and the smooth execution of pole trick combos.
